Is this Seattle’s best burger?

In my mind, and from my experience, yes!

While Lunchbox Laboratory here in the Emerald City was much cooler when it was a dive up in Ballard, the new downtown location still lives up to the original’s mission to serve the city’s most amazing burgers. And while their meat supplier may have changed, today I confirmed that their DORK burger is still one of the tastiest in the country!!

Dork = Duck + Pork

Yes, a duck and pork burger! It is an exquisite blend that mist be tried!!

This one was topped with Monterey Jack, onions and a special sauce, and while messy, was simply KILLER! You just cannot beat the taste of the meat here. All you really need is the burger and bun. Condiments and toppings are mostly unesccesary, but sometimes enhancing. As in this case.
